Try to connect the HS-960BT with another PC or audio device, because we want to ensure that is the problem is with the speaker or not. If it cannot pair with another PC successfully, it is a speaker problem and you have to return the product for replacement.
1.Activate the Bluetooth on your PC.
2.Press the play/pairing button till you hear a beep sound( blue light would flash quickly).
3.It would show SP-960BT, click the model, it will show pairing, click pairing.
4.Press the play/pairing button again
